do what is called the pelvic tilt. lay down with your back flat on floor. raise legs,bend knees at 90-degree angle and rest feet on chair. breathe in. exhale, contracting lower abs to slowly raise buttocks off floor. hold 1-2 full seconds. inhale as you return to start position.
i dont know if you could handle it but try doing situps but do them side to side it hurts me when i do them
