What are some good exercises to help tone your lower abdomen?

What are some good exercises to help tone your stomach so it’s less wiggly torwards the bottom?

Sit-up’s. I’m pretty sure those are for the bottom of your stomache.

After sit ups and stuff, stand with your feet slightly apart. There are muscles deep inside your stomach, if you contract them, you should feel something but it shouldn’t be too visible. This is really good for toning it and stuff

Look up frog hops…or jumps, I forget which.. Sit ups and crunches won’t help so much with your lower abs, only your upper…and sit ups really do nothing whatsoever. Crunches are also bad for you neck- I suggest trying other exercises.

Leg raisers- lay on your back with ur hands under your butt and raise your legs straight up to make s 90° angle and repeat Pendulum - lay on your back with arms to your sides then raise your legs straight up and slowly drop them to each side while keeping legs straight Knee highs- standing up jog in place raising your knees as high as you can reverse crunch- lay on your back hands to side bring legs up so the make a table and stretch them out and bright them bck to your chest
