How to stay calm during exams?

Does anyone have any tips to try and help me stay calm during exams?! I always study hard and pay attention in class, yet I find that my test results are always lower than I know I can achieve. I just panic I guess, and my mind just goes a blank.

Can someone help me please!?

ihvwe got an exam on 11th jan 2008.. history.british foreign policy..should go well…that’s what I do, be positive no matter what the odds..seriously one day before the exam like that..hehe nah try and be positive you should do well?worst come to worse you can resit it..but prepare well before the exam and try and get some sleep..it helps..I know I should lol neways best of luck

yeaaah like I luvzackefron said, suck on something unless youre not allowed to if your schools strict. also, taking off your shoes helps to–proven by scientists. so wear shoes like flats that can easily kindaa come off good luck!

You must just understand that if you consentrate yourself and overcome your fear it won’t be a problem anymore and than everything will be ok.

its okay ,dont fret !! things could have been much WORSE , believe me.

Want to try something DIFFERENT ??? just do the following RIGHT NOW ;

1–chant ‘hari om’(hari as in HURRY & om as in HOME without the ‘H’) do this repetedly & a point will come where you will feel like you just want to close your eyes ( in that case case do it).At this point increase the number of O in om like HARI OOOM & then —HARI OOOM— & so on.when you chant this VEDIC MANTRA then remain silent (no thinking!,fidgeting,moving,etc) for an amount of time taken to chant this one mantra.this looks very very simple but its effects are very very very large (even ALBERT EINSTEIN would not had imagine it !!!). this is called ‘CHUP SADHANA’ & I learned it from ‘param pujya ASARAMJI bapu’.—>’www.asharam.org ‘ also read JEEVAN RASAYAN a book from —‘http://hariombooks.goog… ‘ tihs will help remove all weakness from you,believe me millions have obtained benefits from it ,literally.

note: women durimg their periods are not to chant OM but they can chant HARI

JUST RELAX, read through the test and just let the answers come to your mind don’t over think the questions and if you don’t know and answer go back to it after because another question may remind you. Also whatever you do don’t move around your legs or tap you pencil it is proven that it makes you more nervious and unfocused
