Why do I still feel bad even though I'm eating healthy?

I follow a pretty healthy daily food plan from a nutritionist. I don't eat refined sugar, white flour or any meat except for fish. Despite all this, I still feel bad most of the time. I have very low energy, headaches, trouble concentrating and staying focused sometimes, and constant daily digestive problems like flatulence. Although I take antidepressants, I am also still prone to depression and anxiety. I don't know what to do. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
