I get plenty of sleep however I'm still always sleepy I love sleeping but I know this is bad. What do you think is my problem
There is such a thing as too much sleep. You are supposed to get between 6-8 hours of sleep a night. If you over sleep or sleep to long, it will cause you to be more tired.
hahas me too. it's not really a bad thing... if you go out more often and get active, there won't be anymore problem like this. :)
