Which is a better way to eat string beans depending on taste and nutrition - fried or boiled?

i personally dont eat either very often, but to me they taste better fried but are much more healthy when u boil them (lack of cholestral and fats are cooked into it)

Best for nutrition is STEAMED. Best for taste - IMHO - is sauteed with butter and served with sour cream.
