Im cooking potatos, pork chops, and gravy in a sauce pan and want to cook the porkchops and cut them up before i put them in, what would be the easiest way to cook them.
cook them in a skillet after they are cut up and let them get a little browned on the outside. yum. its sooooooo tastey.
Poach them....that way they stay juicy.
