Give it 45 minutes to an hour (if you have a lot of sauce, it needs extra time)...I usually cook chicken breast on 400 and it's done in 30 minutes. You can tell it's done when it feels really firm, but if you're not familiar with the touch test, don't be afraid to slice one open and check.
You van also tell its done by cutting one open and checking the middle for any pink.
