Most of the time When I cook bacon, I either Burn it or I under cook and eat it thinking its cooked right. Lol How you cook or bake bacon the right way, are they any tricks, or do I just suck? XD
I use a George Foreman grill sometimes (healthier) but most of the time in a cast iron skillet. The key is: get the pan good and hot before putting the bacon in and because it's thin, be sure to turn it often so you won't burn it. You really can't walk away from bacon to do something else while it's cooking. I have baked it in a 350 degree preheated oven on a cookie sheet, but once again same principal: keep an eye on it !! and turn the oven off when it first starts looking done because it will finish up on ya real quick.
I use my microwave oven with a microwave bacon rack and it turns out great. Also microwaves make great fluffy scrambled eggs. And the whole mess is contained and wipes up easily. Beats splatter everywhere and on me while cooking...LOL
I've tryed that and it was all ugly and shinken up. But I think that bacon was cheap anyway. We shall see in the future!! O.O
I put mine on a rack on a cookie sheet and but in the oven for about 15 minutes
Oh yeah I put the oven on 350 degrees
