No? a glass of red wine a day when over 21 is okay cause of the antioxidant properties but no alcohol is not good for you in the slightest.

Well, doctors do recommend a small portion of wine to increase circulation. But drinking excessively is definitely not.

Answer #3

In my personal opinion….drinking moderately is okay, drinking in excess though can lead to health problems and alcoholism…

Answer #4

They were asking though if it’s good for your health, i do agree drinking moderately is okay but it’s definitely not good for you haha.

Answer #5

Red Wine YES and i think there is sumthing good about beer, Beer is a source of soluble fiber which is derived frm da cell walls of malted barley. A liter of beer contains an average of 20% of da recommended daily intake of fiber nd some beers can provide up to 60%. As well as aiding healthy bowel function, dis has a further benefit by slowing down da digestion nd absorption of food nd reducing cholesterol levels, which may help 2 reduce da risk of heart disease. Beer itself has no cholesterol.

Answer #6

Any of these in excess is bad though.

Answer #7

Answer #8

no. beer and vodka and other drinks destroys your liver. it is also fattening. you can get addicted and for some people it controls their life.

for wine it has been proven to prevent and small amount of aging, but that’s because of the berries’ in it. that alcohol doesn’t help.
