  Have you tried nail polish remover? Also there is this product called Krud Kutter, it's for cleaning stains out of carpet or a couch, that's how I got rid of nail polish off pair of jeans I had.

  That can be extremely difficult but i heard if you use a nail polish remover that is non-acetone based works well. Best of luck.
