does eating a lot of grapes make you gain weight?
Fruit has a lot of sugar, so if you eat too many, I'm sure you could if you aren't being careful and balancing out what you eat. If you aren't eating foods that have lots of fats and calories than you should be fine.
Just so you know, one average sized grape is two calories.
So if you ate 100, it would be about two-hundred calories. One cup of grapes is about 62 calories...If you want a lower calorie fruit, why not try Raspberries? They are about one calorie per raspberry.
The only problem with eating a lot of any fruit is how much sugar is in it. Celery is probably the best thing to eat a lot of, it's mostly water and fiber.
