Do you think she'll get picked on?

I just meant that getting picked on in school is inevitable. Not that the name is weird or she would get picked on for her name. Kids are cruel and they will find a reason to pick on anyone for anything. People are naming their children all sorts of unique names nowadays and by the time she gets to school, she’ll probably sit next to a Ra’Shaad and be best friends with a girl named Tiki. Don’t worry about it. Zola Brukzanna is an awesome name. I really do like it!! :)

If your worried, you can nickname her Zoey. It doesn’t even have to be her middle name, just a nickname. But I think Zola is a cute name, I’m sure kids will not make fun of her. There are far more names way weirder then that.

She has a cousin named Zoeie.

Probably, in most cases kids will pick on whoever is different. You may get lucky and have a class where everyone has a nontraditional name, but I wouldn’t count on that. While I do believe in non traditional and unique names I also know people can be unaccepting of things that are different. I would suggest giving her a more common middle name so that she has something to fall back on if she doesn’t like her first name. She may not like either name, and change it as soon as she can… or earlier. I had a coworker whose brother at 14 changed schools and suddenly he was Nick. Never bothered to tell his family he completely changed his name, just did it.

yes people are just stupid! they will find anything to pick on her about. they will think hey its an unusall name. they dont care how beautiful and unique it is im in love with the name now! lol but dont change it or anything. it will all even out
