disowned

I got pregnant in 2007 and when my dad found out he totally disowned me. It’s like almost 2 years later and he still hates me he calls me a slut a wh *re anything to get me upset. I don’t know what to say to him anymore I just wish we could go back to when we were talking. What should I do?

Maybe in a note: ‘Dad, we ALL make mistakes - you ever made any ? - one of us may die before the other - before that certain event happens, I want to be close to my dad and have him Love me - your choice, I Love you, _‘ (you will have done your part…I wish you every happiness !!)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!

maybe you should write you dad a letter and tell him how you feel tell him that you didn’t plan on having a baby it just happened it’s not my fault now am not saying my baby was a mistake but I need some one I could love and they would love me back so I had a baby you and dad you can’t me or love me call me all kinds of names you want but I am still your daughter no matter how you disowned me I still love you dad I just want you to forgive me and take my advice it would work…

I agree with Amblessed but I think I’d include a recent picture of his grandson. Maybe include a comment that although you may have made mistakes, his grandson hasn’t made any and would sure grow up more well rounded if his grandfather was part of his life.

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

This is a really hard situation. if it had just happend I wud have said just wait a few months but as you have its tricky.

I wud say just write a nice long letter explaining how you feel in great detail. Remind him that HE created u. you are part of him he isn’t just spiting you bt himself. Wot wud he do if you were taken ill in hospital? Hes your father deep down he mus care your his flesh and blood x
