Diet idea?

Okie I thought of an idea for a diet lol. To have about four bowls of icecream and fruits. Would that equal to a good amount of calories??

I’d be careful about how much fruit you intake also. There is a lot of natural sugar in fruits so I’d try to stick to veggies. As far as ice cream goes there are so many options! Fat free, reduced fat, sugar free!

haha yeah. it’s like one of the worst things for you. stick with fruits and veggies, crackers, healthy stuff like that. and also do something every day like exercise-y. I do 100 sit ups a day and I’ve lost like three pounds in the last week
