Are demons really the main cause for sleep paralysis?

No. When you are in a deep sleep your muscles can be paralysed for a while. Sleep paralysis is just when something draws you out of sleep/ jolts you awake, but your body does not have time to wake up properly too. So you are alert mentally, but your body has not quite gotten there yet.

If you experience it, just try to stay calm and you will be fine and become fully alert in all sense soon.

you woke up during your REM stage of sleep…. its just your body needed longer to wake up than your brain, can happen

Demons and ghosts are real. And I never said anything about pixies or fairies those things are in fairy-tales.

of course, what other thing would cause that? dont let the demons in, because once they possess you, there is nothing you can do

God can show you. How about using a ouija board? That will give you more proof than taking you somewhere random and saying ghosts are here. But be careful when using one anything can come through.

But you must remember that Christians and believers a like can only get attacked by demons while non-believers get possessed by them.

I personally believe in angels and demons. I am not the religious type, but I am spiritual. I feel they can be an influance, when you travel to the AP (astrial plane) you have an out of body experiance, and so it wouldnt be hard or unlikely to encounter.

Since there are no such things as demons, they obviously would not be the cause of anything real.

I dont believe in god but I damn sure believe in spirits and ghosts. I have had my own personal experiances to believe so and no one can make me believe differently in my heart. Everyone in life must experiance things to believe them, its human nature. Words will not make someone believe something.

I think they can. i am a firm believer in God and a friend to Jesus. Demons can cause u to have a terrible dream and not be able to wake up but u can be tellin yourself in ur dream to wake up but cant. It feels like somethin is holdin u down and u cant breath. My bf has terrible dreams all the time and i can hear him moanin and cryin so i wake him. He has just turned over to Jesus. i really believe that demons were influencing him bad. He went on a rampage one day that caused me to leave him. he dont remember anything he did. i have the bruises to prove it. He drew a demon on the wall in r apartment and my bruise looked just like it. Needless to say he had changed and is walkin with Jesus. ever since then he has not even gotton mad at me or anyone. He is a knew person. somethin was bad in him. it took me leavin and screamin at him to go to hell and i think it did. hehe I LOVE JESUS

I also have experienced ghosts to. Why would others who do not believe in them say anything at all if they have not experienced not a single thing?
