How to decorate my rocket?

How should I decorate my rocket? I love Hello Kitty, fav color green and black and neon colors, any more questions I’ ll be glad to answer. What material should I use? I don’t want it to be a heavy material it must be light.

One idea is to paint the whole thing white, and then once it dries, pour different colored neon paints on the top, so that they each drip down. After that, you can use glitter. I did this one year for school, and it looked really cool.
