First off to deal with any problem that has depth to it like a phobia, you must realize that it has a root to where it all begin & a reason why!
First you must pin point when & why it happened to be able to deal with it.
Once you have then you can learn to become more sociable.
I can only say that you must confront your phobia face to face which is recommended to do with a professional so it doesnt get any worse. Who knows you may get rid of it entirely & see that there was nothing to it!

I know somone who had that and its hard to 'deal with it'but a good tip i can offer is by slowly and imean slowly confronting it. Dont just go for it, do it in steps, geet support from your friends and family.
