What should i do when my dads mad he swears then purposly sleeps?

Remember that although he is a parent he is also human and makes mistakes. Do not for any reason try and talk to him while he is mad, go in your room or go outside and give yourself and him some space. The next morning when hes calm and in a better mood ask him to come sit down with you and talk, tell him you understand tha he loes his temper sometimes but it really hurts you and you both need to set up some rules. Such as when hes mad he promises to leave you alone or allow you to leave the house until he cools down.
