I need help… Like, im hungry all the time!! what can I do t0 c0ntol my hungr issues?

nothing wrong with eating I have that problem eat and exersie go to buffet and eat as mch as you want just have to workout more with that

Find out why youre eating all the time? Is it because youre bored & have nothing to do? If so, go watch tv or take a walk/jog. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! Its good for you!

you can get herbal teas called ‘fasting’ teas and they are fab! You will just eat at normal meal times then.
