Do you crave salt?
Do you crave salt? What can it be if you suddenly start to crave very salt stuff? Isnt something you need to take care of Or just eat what you want from salty stuff you wont gain weight anyway
I have a craving for salt right after I eat something sweet, always have over 40 years. I wish someone could figure that out and am I alone or does anyone else experience this same puzzling situation?

Ocasionally. I just eat hot chips or something.
I only crave salt after activites like sports where I have sweated a lot and after I eat somethin salty I gotta have somethin sweet.
