So I'm 4 days late and went to a clinic for a urine pregnancy test that came back negative. Today was my 5th day late. I had a 6 hour migraine with nausea which is still persisting and I spotted a tiny bit bur no actual flow. I've had heartburn lately and I'm only 23. I also feel vert week as if I've thrown up and haven't. Could I still be pregnant?
Probably not. More likely all your symptoms are caused by your freaking out - including your skipped period. In another week take another test, then give yourself permission to relax. AND give yourself a pep talk to start using reliable birth control - BC pills 99.7% effective; condoms 97% effective (and keep EC pill in your medicine cabinet in case it breaks or slips off).

yes to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results
yes you still could be, it could be stress, think about your work habits? do you take birth control? some of these symptoms dont come for a while in to pregnancy sometimes. wait a couple days and take another test, if it comes out negative wait a few more days take another test, if its still negative you should probably see your doctor.
