Could my pregnancy test be giving me a false negative?

Ok well my period is 1 week late, i was due on on Monday the 7th. I took a test on the Tuesday night and it said negative. I thought that was the end of it., but i still haven’t come on and my sister who’s got two kids said that you can get a false negative reading sometimes, because the pregnancy test tests for a certain hormone and the hormone level in me could be low. My partner and i are getting worried now, what should we do???

honestly, i would just wait for a little longer. i know how scary it is because this has happened to me before. but just wait and see if it comes and i’d say take another test on like friday if it still hasn’t come. hopefully this helped a little.

go to a doctor.. if not then wait about one more week…. and see if you get your period.. if not then take another test

probably. they are made of methylenedioxymethamphetamine and reacts viontley to piss. pissing on it may give cancer
