Coca cola vs pepsi

I dont know if somebody remember the advertisements of coca cola vs pepsi I only remeber that in these ads coca cola was attacking pepsi and pepsi did the same thing in his ads I was wondering if they sued each other for using the name without permision in these ads.

Coke is better to me, but I like Diet Pepsi better than Diet coke. My all-time favorite though is Diet Dr. Pepper (for now anyway) :) :)

Interesting. I think that as long as the actual facts were reported, the suit won’t win. As far as suing goes, as long as you can find a lawyer to do it, anyone can sue anyone over anything.

And Pepsi is DEFINATELY my favorite. Except for cherry flavor. Cherry coke is better.
