My 3rd period teacher told my class she wasn't going to be there monday,. She said we better be good or we would all pay. Can she actually say that?
No they cannot. They can be sarcastic about paying ex homework, test etc but legally they cannot say that. before I jump to any conclusions I would contact my teacher and find out what they meant by that but legally no teachers cannot threaten students or faculty memebers in any way
O_o so she said that. so what? if you can threaten a teacher the teacher can too, but with homework, tests etc. etc.
so you better be good before she gives you a HUGE test with a HUGE F...
Teachers do that all the time.
I'm about 99.9% sure she means that you'll have extra work or detentions for bad behavior. She's not going to like, hurt you all or anything.
I imagine as long as the threat is within bounds of what she can legally do anyway, it's legal. ...for example, if she threatens extra homework, or detentions for misbahavior.
I take it as you be good or you will pay as in, pop quiz, test or more home work
No, they cannot threaten students but they do it anyway. I know, life's unfair.
