Can some foods help me throw up easier?

everytime I try to make myself throw up it takes forever and then only a little comes out so I was wondering are there certain foods that I can eat to help me throw up easier?

trying to make urself throw up is not at all good for your body , firstly your baody will not get the nutrients from the food and you will become weak , and also your food pipe will get damaged and eventully will become really hard to swollow because it will have layers burned away as it were from all the bile you are bringing up!! if your doing this to lose weight then I surgest eeating healthy and exericising!! trhowing up everything will have to opposite effect of losing weight cus as soon as you start eating you will put on weight really quickly!! X

You can’t keep throwing up! That is no good for yourself. There is no good food to help you throw up. Maybe your tmmy wants to hang on to whats left of your body! You may actually gain wait, if our trying to lose it because the body will feed off what you have in there. So maybe by the time you eat it and get to the thrwoing up stage, your body may have a hold on some of it already and get lets the rest go. Its not health why but if you must, theres no certain food.

ok ok here is the problem hon, the fact ur makin urself throw up. no one who has ever done that to themselves will tell u they’re glad they did it, they will tell u they regret it and wanna take it back. u cant keep makin urself throw up, its not healthy and there are a million other healthy ways to lose weight if thats wut ur worried about (and no one should be worried about that).

seriously, if maybe somebody made fun of u or something and thats y ur making urself throw up, then who needs them?? seriously, their opinion doesnt matter, u need to learn to love and accept and respect urself for who u r!! makin urself throw up is not respecting urself!!

Um, I’m not too sure, but I was looking up tips and they said maybe drinkng a tall glass of water before you do it? I have also found that cheese and bread do not come up as easy as other foods. I’m guessing it is because of the thickness.. but I’m not sure.

Hope this helps at least a little bit. I know how hard it is to find some good information out there.

Sidenote-Are you tired of having to deal with these people always criticizing you? It’s always– “Don’t do that! It’s bad for you.” I just want to slap them in the face and tell them to STFU. =]
