Ok im walking 5mls to lose weight...my cal intake is about 1200...an I do 100-200situps monday tsday wdnsday an 30-40 pushups thrsday friday an sat...sunday is just walking 5mls lol but every day of the week I walk (speed walk) 5 mls...how long do you think I will lose if I do this every say (with out cheating) for 3months... Do you think I would lose 40lb? If not then lell me a good guess of urs thanks!!
I do not drink anything but water, soda makes me sick lol I just hate it so dont wrry there...junk food...well I think I rther lose 40-45lb then eat junk...like I said my cal intake is 1200 a day!!!
well I walked/ran 5.50 miles today and I burned 800 cals but I walk on tredmill on an incline though so hope I helped
