my boy friend was talking about us getting more serious… but I still havn’t gotton my period, can he still finger me?

Yeah, make sure his fingers are wet first though and washed so that it doesn’t hurt as much x

Rememeber, periods are when your body is getting you ready for making babies (through proper intercoarse) so he can still finger you as he can’t get you pregnant from that alone.
