The number of calories that you should eat depends of your weight, age, height, your activity levels and whether you are trying to lose, maintain or gain weight. Do you do any exercise? If you work out for 30 minutes or less, you should take in 1800 calories daily. If you work out for more than 30 minutes, you should eat about 2000- 2400 calories a day.
To my belief, you should be consuming the same amount of calories as a normal adult woman which is 2000 a day.
Just eat and exercise!! dont worry about calories!! you dont need to try to look good :P you already do :)
Depending on how often you exercise, it could range anywhere between 1800-2200 calories a day.
