Is just over 1000cals a lot of calories to eat in a day?
a healthy diet is 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day anything less is unhealthy and probley just you wanting to loose weight im guessing 1,500 coalries a day and maybe a 20 min. pilates class or 20 min. walk is healthy try it before basically starving yourself
I eat less than 500 calories a day but I guess it isn't a lot your meant to have like 2000 cals a day but I think thats extreme lol, so not reali thats half the recommended daily allowence take care xx
no, it's abit low. under 1,000 cal's per day is starving your body.
