So I've been having this really bad pain here lately around the area where my c-section scar is - it's been about 5 months now since I had the c-section && I hadn't had any problems with it at all until now && lately I've also been having these pains in my lower stomach as well -- I don't believe it's pregnancy b/c I'm on birth control -- though it could possibly be, but just a VERY small chance. So I'm just wondering is this normal? Like could it just be because my stomach is just now beginning to not be so numb where they cut me? or do you think it could be something worse?? I just want to be reassured that it could possibly be nothing before I got to my doctor because I don't think I could handle him telling me that something could be wrong or that my scar is tearing or something...
hello, I had a c-section almost 5 years ago, and I do remember pain a few months after I gave birth I thought I was pregnant again also. I talked to my doctor and he said it was just the scar healing. He recommended that I use a heating pad to help with some of the pain. the heat did help. I would still check with your doctor just to make sure.
