Bulking on sets and reps which routine

hey , im stuck on my old routine I made some massive gains but they are slowing down now I useually stuck to 3 main excersises per part with reps and sets of 8 x 4 or 6 x 3 , now what should I do to start gainning big again. I have the ability to develop large ammounts of muscle and awesome genetics. I just would like someone to help me with a new routine.
