Do you have any workout routine tips?

ok this is my routein any tips around 11 o clock at night mostly evry night I have a set of 5 lbs dumbbells I do 50 arm curls for each arm so thats 100 together and I do 100 at the same time and 100 bench presses and lay with my arms stretched out and pring them straight up eye level laying down 100 times and I pull them from my waist to my arm pits 100 times so what do you all think any pointers /tips

You’re targeting your arms which won’t get you very far. I suggest the book “Home Workout Bible” you can come up with a very good total body work out from there.

You can get a great workout with dumbells, I never found a good exercise for the lats using just dumbels but you can hit all of the other muscle groups. If you have a chinup bar this can work your lats.

If possible invest in some heavier dumjbells. You will build muscle faster with fewer reps and heavier weigvt.

You need a routine that works multiple muscle groups. You should work your arms, shoulders, chest, upper and lower back, abs, and legs.
