Ok, I am in my best friends wedding in june. we have not yet picked our shoes out, but are disagreeing a bit on what to get. the dresses are watermelon pink, and they have a white sash, and a slip that sticks out leaving the dress to end in about 2 inches of white. I was wondering what color shoes we should do? I would like to def get something I could use again, so I thought silver would look very cute esp with silver jewerly! she wants white or pink. I def dont think white since the dress ends in white, and pink would be ok, but I think silver would look best! Whats anyone think??
I think silver would offset the look completely - you don't match your shoes with your jewelery.
White would probably be too much if - as you said, the dress ends in white, so pink would be the best option.
I would say white becuase the dress is watermelon pink and ends it white but I dont think you can find a right pink to match silver would be cute as long as its not that glittery kind of shoe.
White would be the best. Pink...if you can dye the shoes to match EXACTLY. Any shade of pink that was even the slightest bit off would look WORSE than silver.
I am having the same problem the dresses are watermelon and the sashes/ribbons are a yellow safron color and none of us can agree on shoes. we need help!
either white or pink.. silver wouldnt look right. but ultimately its the brides choice-- it IS her special day = )
