What's the best brand of sleeping pills and what are the side effects of taking them?

You mean like over the counter? It doesnt really matter what brand it is, what you’re basically taking is an antihistamine. There are no real sleeping pills that are over the counter.

Yeah over the counter, can you not just buy them? Do I have to go to the doctors to get them to prescribe them to me?

And yes, I usually use tylenol simply sleep (tylenol pm has the active tylenol ingredient, which is not necessary unless you’ve also got a fever or whatever).

No, sleep medications are extremely addictive and generally need prescriptions. At least in the U.S. I cant see it being very different in the U.K.

Sure. You might want to try the tylenol though, at least for one day. I mean yeah it’s basically just antihistamines, but they do actually work. And sleeping pills aren’t exactly great for you.
