What's the biggest gauge you can wear that won't make your ear look stretched when you remove it?

I have half inch and it can close…

I have emine at 4 and when I take it out it closes kinda I don’t know I have only had it out for like 5 min butt im sure in like 2 days it would probably go back to like 14 or like 16 or 18

just go for somethng tiny like as big as the width of a pencil and be aware that that hole will never close up it will heal up and stay a hole forever the bigger the hole, the more horrible it will look because it will be a big dangling hole thats never going to close anything bigger than the width of a pencil, lke as big as a finger can easily get ripped out in your wrestlng matchesso dont go for anything bgger than the width of a pencil/pen and the above is right gauges are the jewelrey sizes but you dont gauge your ears you stretch them

Your ear wont look normal when you stretch, not ‘gauge’ STRETCH them. Sorry, it just really bothers me when people don’t use the right terms. :] I think the biggest you can go with out them being too noticable when there naked would be half inch, because when you take them out they sort of tighten up. The hole doesn’t look nearly as big as it really is when it’s out. So half inch and you should be fine. That’s If I can remember right, 7 sizes above what you’re at now? I can’t really remember aha im at 3/4ths now. =P Then again when mine are out they’re not noticable either, really. You can get away with going pretty big and not have them stand out when they’re naked. The reason I say half inch for you, though is because I had abnormally small ears when I started so they may tighten up more than yours? Im not sure.
