Best way to make myself sleep?

what is the best way of making myself really sleepy and fall asleep the fastest

Make sure you get plenty of exercise during the day… really tire yourself out. Also, try to go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time each morning regardless of how much actual sleep you have during the night. Also, just concentrate really hard on your breathing whilst lying in bed.

Well watching T.V and being on the computer will probley make you stay awake longer, something about the lighting in them can stimulate you and keep you awake. Also warm apparently works, I hate milk so I wouldn’t know. Its worth a shot though.

When I have trouble sleeping, and that is very often, this is what I do .

Breathe in deeply counting to eight as you go. When you reach 8 breathe deep one more time. hold for 3 second and slowly exhale to the count of 8. Repeat this 3 times and then breathe normally. While you are breathing normally you are going to picture your body relaxing, part by part. Start at your toes. You are feeling your toes relax. That relaxation is moving on to your feet. you are feeling your feet relax as the relaxation moves to your ankles…

Continue this way until you fall asleep. I am usually out before I get to my hips.
