Is It Bad To Die Your Hair Alot && Always Blow Dry It && Straighten it ??

Answer #1

Yes. You’re basically burning your hair. Its going to end up falling out if you dont stop or get some treatment.

Answer #2

Yeah it can be. You don’t want to dye your hair too often. I heard that it can make your hair fall out. And when using heating products on your hair you should at least use a heat protector on it otherwise it just burns your hair

Answer #3

what do you recommend for treating burned hair

Answer #4

heat protector

Answer #5

Yeah. It will help protect your hair from the heat. Heat protector serums should be sold at any drugstore or maybe at Target. You can probably find one at Sally’s Beauty supply too.

Answer #6

Aussie 3-Minute Miracle & Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner

Answer #7

Also good leave in deep conditioners is really good for treating burned hair. Also try getting your hair trimmed regularly to get rid of dead ends. And try not to straighten your hair as much

Answer #8

Yes, dying your hair involves harsh chemicals that burn, and dry out your hair. Blow drying and straightening puts extreme heat on your hair, burning it. Like Katarina said, use a heat protector, it’s a gel like substance that you apply and comb through your hair before using objects that put extreme heat on your hair. It protects you hair, so that the heat doesn’t burn it.

Answer #9

yes! yuur damaging it a lot. You’LL end up with a bunch of split ends and DRY hair.try not to do it tat often, hair is beautiful when its left at its natural :)

Answer #10

Hair is made of Keratin which is essentially protein, and moisture (and other stuff…). When you colour or lighten your hair, it strips it of most of it’s protein. When you blowdry and straighten it, it takes out 100% all of the moisture. If you colour your hair and use heated appliances a lot, you MUST go to a salon and get protein and moisture treatments to restore the natural balance before your hair starts snapping off. I’m a hairdresser and I have had a lot of young girls come in because their hair is breaking off. By that point there isn’t much we can do but to cut it off. But, if it hasn’t started snapping yet then you can still save it with treatments.

Answer #11

Answer #18

Idk about dieing your hair..Because i don’t but i know you can use heat protecters on your hair.. so it wont burn your hair off.. You can also let your hair air dry sometimes..Like ever other time you wash it.. Also dont wash your hair in HOT water its not good for the hair..Wash in luke warm water or cold.Washing your hair in hot water is just like using heat on your hair everyday thats not good.. If you have to use heat everyday put your flat iron or watever you use on the lowest setting possible for your hair
