Is it bad to blow dry your hair 2 days in a row?

I have this spray that turns your hair back to it’s natural color (mine is blonde so it only works on non dyed hair) and it needs to be blow dryed in order for it to work. I’ve done it two days in a row is that bad for my hair?

its not bad but any heat can and will cause damage to your hair but 2 days in row i dont think there would be any problem with it

Yes, any high heat used on your hair excessively will damage and destroy your hair.

I blowdry my hair everyday, but my hair is very oily natural so I haven’t had any damage. That being said I do not use chemicals on my hair. Two days in a row won’t do much to your hair, but the fact that you need to blow dry your hair for the product to work means that it is for some chemical reaction on your hair and scalp and therefore it could damage your hair. What you could get is a heat protectant spray to help protect your hair against the heat and to help prevent split ends.
