how can the time that I want to go to sleep be the time I am most awake? how can I help myself just relax. why am I tired at 6:00 at night the time that I want to be awake but I get more awake at a later time?
Wow, I'm not the only one that suffers from this. Ever since my wreck my sleep schedule has been so screwed up. It is 7:10 pm here right now and I feel like I could sleep forever. But give it an hour and I will be wide awake and be up all nite. The only time I am able to sleep right is when I take a medicine called Elavil and sometimes that doenst even help.
I have the same problem. I'm so sleepy that I could fall over and my mind won't let me go to sleep. At night is the only time I can truly think about crap but I can't stop thinking, it's like a movie speeding through my mind. The only thing I can do is take a sleeping pill about 30 min before bed and a warm bath.
I've got the same problem, get home from work at 6pm and I can pass right out. But when I try to sleep around midnight I just lay there. Sorry, don't know. Watching TV for a little bit helps me
