Is it okay if all I ate in a day would be only bananas and drink water?

No, because your body needs a whole lot more nutrients than what it would get from a banana and water. You need vitamins, fiber, and many other things. Bananas are more commonly used as snacks – not meals.

its ok if it was just today but i wouldnt make it a habit cuz thn ur body goes into starvation mode and stores everytthing u eat as fat in ur body and u gain alot of weight.

Ohh. Is it okay if I did it for one day only? I went over the calories I was supposed to eat today and I wanted to try to make up for it tomorrow. Lol

lol dont worry its fine if u do it 1 day. i do tht after a party cuz i eat so much and try to balance it out the next day. if u do tht for liek a week, thn u hv to worry. :p

I agree, there is a reason why they said a diet consists of vitamins, minerals & the right combo of fruits, vegitables, fiber, proteins & plenty of water! In addition, too many bananas will cause you major constipation! Something you really dont want! :P

Probably not because your energy level would go way down and you would feel sick
