there are symptoms, like: dry throat, a bad headache, “pounding heart”, hyperventilating, loss of breath, trembling hands, etc. it’s one of those things that if you just had one, you’d know!!

i used to get anxiety attacks all the time usually i would shake and feel like my body is numb plus id get shortness of breath.
