ok am skinny I weight about 120 pound I can't fight so you know I can't defence myself because am so weak I can't even lift 90 pound I need a way where I can get stronger and learn how to fight better any clue? and I also got Asthma which don't help at all
You don't need to physically fight people just fight them with words.Defend yourself.No matter how strong you get there is always going to be someone bigger and stronger.
But,a low key way for you to build muscle would be to do yoga.You don't have to do the advance stuff just beginner yoga will help.
if you fight with word they will fight back with there fists
