ok, walking - yes, a good idea, starving - im not an expert, but all those times when people say ‘your bod goes into starvation mode, and you GAIN WEIGHT’, it never comes true?

I’m not saying that she SHOULD starve, but I don’t really know what to believe if I have, in the past, lost quite a number of pounds from starving alone??

could someone answer me with an explanation??

First of all, losing weight will not help your mental image of yourself go away. No matter how much weight you lose, you will always think of yourself as fat if you do it the wrong way. You are probably beautifull and just need help to see how beautiful you really are. Weight loss, is a looong process, and anorexia, is not the way to do it. it’s just a system of killing yourself very slowly. When you don’t eat, your body gets “mad.” It instead of getting the nourishments it needs from the food, start taking it from your body. So, it starts eating away at you peice by peice, until your body can’t function properly anymore. You lose your period, you have no more body heat, so you get cold all the time, your hair falls out, and then you can possibly DIE. Life is a beautiful thing, I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to enjoy it, because once you become anorexic, it’s all you sleep, breathe, and think about. You obsess over your weight so much, that you become afraid of food. It’s horrible. I feel bad for anyone that feels like that is their last resort. Diet and Exercise are the only way tot lose weight.

Not a HUGE diet, but cutting some of the sweets out of your diet can make a difference, Eating chocolate sparingly and exercising about 3 days a week for 30 minutes will have you losing weight in no time, Running, walking, jump roping, joining a gym, an aerobics class, an exercise tape, anything that gets you active. Drink a lot of water, and try to stay away from sodas. and like you probably know, when you don’t eat, your body stores the fat in your body so that you won’t starve, so if you ever decided to start eating again, your body would gain weight like crazy. Diet and Exercise are the only ways to KEEP the weight off that you’ve lost. Hope I helped and Good Luck (any other questions please let me know, I work at a gym) lol :D <3 My name is Jaymie

when you say that you are not good looking you are lieing to your self because i think that you are really really hot looking meaning that you are goooooooooood looking and if i was not 21 alreadly and I was your age and lived next to you i would ask you out. But i am 21 and in another state. There is i bet a person out there that loves you or likes you how you are. Plus you can die from having Annorexia because you starve your body of the stuff it needs to keep it working. see you can still eat but work out on the side and stay active.

Not eating actually makes you gain weight. Your body stores fat so that when it doesn’t get the food it needs it will use the stored fat to prevent you from starving. Your stomach will look a tiny bit bigger and you will weigh more because of this. Annorexia is not the way to lose weight.

Try exercising regularly (walking is a good way to lose weight), eating healthily, having breakfast and drinking water. If you don’t want to lose weight and just appear thinner, funmail me, I have awesome extercises for a flat stomach and toning legs and arms.

good luck
