Dental issue-gums sore!

What can I do? I’ve been religiously brushing for a long time, and all of a sudden my gums are SORE and swollen and they bleed when I brush. I’m coming to the realization that I may have gingivitis, but what can I do? Will going to the dentist help, or should I keep brushing/flossing like crazy?

go to the dentist, you might just have a sensitivity issue. or you may be brushing too hard. I would go to the dentist, they may be able to do something.
