What are some good alternatives to running outside or using a treadmill?

If you have an activity center, ymca, etc in your area you could always go jogging/running in their facility. Thats really your only options as far as running goes though. If your getting bored of that maybe try a new way to excercise that you enjoy. Yoga, pilates, tai-chi, pole dancing, aerobics, swimming, theres tons of other options.

You can do sit ups, pull ups, play the wii, take yoga, play some kind of sport or something. You can do any kind of exersize if you dont want to run or jog.

Well, where I live, our community college has a free open gym. So I go running there…

Although the Wii is fun, it doesn’t really give you a real work out. It mostly develops your balance and agility-which are both good things to improve on. Try dancing, or doing quick high-intensity workout reps (which burn more calories than certain endurance workouts). Using a medicine or kettleball will help you burn calories as well.
