its all cold and snowy where i live. so would jumping rope be good? also how long would i have to jump for it be equal to 30mins of jogging/walking?
movement of jumping rope is faster than running so there must be a difference between the two. However, you can do the jumping rope when it is raining outside. Both give good benefits.
10 minutes of jump rope is the equivilent of 30 minutes running, so yes, its an excellent substitute.
You would need to do it for a good amount of time but jump roping is a good cardio workout
i like working out in a my bedroom i just need to get my cardio. soo yeaa :)
You will have to do it for about 30mins nonstop to actually get benefits
