I am short and not skinny enough. I really really need help. I know I can do more exercise like jogging and running. But what can I do if I am such a shy person? I don't like it when other people watching and starring at me running. I don't feel good if they're looking at me exercising. So what can I do to help myself using an EASY way? Pls help me. Tq. :)
First, I don't think you should feel "shy", or self-conscious, when you run outside. It's not like people are watching your every move; they'll generally only see glimpses of you before they go back to whatever their doing. I suggest listening to music while running because it helps take your mind off of what's going on around you. If you really want to avoid people, however, you can simply run up and down a set of stairs in your house. As for easy exercises, you can try hula-hooping; it's actually really fun. Once you get good at it, you can start doing squats, holding 5-8 pounds weights, dancing etc. You can also do things like crunches, leg lifts, pushups, and yoga.
You can't make yourself taller. You may still be growing. Why don't you try Seventeen Magazine workouts? You can do them in the comfort of your own home. Running isn't the only exercise out there.
