I need to get abs,biceps,and triceps for the sports at school. Does anyone know some workouts that are sure to work.
If you cant get to the gym, I know tricpes may be hard to work. Try laying on your back and putting the back of your heels on the ground. Then under your shoulders put your palms on the ground. Then do a backwards push up motion. It's kind of hard for me to explain in words sorry
Sit-ups and push-ups. Simply. But I recommend a gym b/c you will achieve results faster but at the rate which you see results depends on you genes and all that. Fun mail me for more info if you like.
