How can I get abbs in a month
do lots of crunches and reduce body fat to below 8 % body mass (the second if far more important if you desire a six-pack). if you can make it in a month...your'll probably be the only one alive thats done it. for example...the best abs supposedly had brad pitt in Fight Club (google it if your not familiar with the movie) - he had 6 month of training for that...to paint you a picture: you wake up, run, protein breakfast, physical training PT (gym), sleep, lunch, PT, protein shake and then some, probably running or fighting, easy dinner, go to bed...repeat for six months and get a fat sum of cash in the end (a hell of a motivation, wouldn't you say??). if you want to keep your abs learn to exercise daily (muscle training and stamina training separate) and eat healthy (5 times a day - smaller amounts and all food groups), trough this you train your metabolism (food digestion) to work all day thus burning excess calories in the process. RESULT: you'll become athletic (lean muscular body - six-packs definitely :D), strong, fast, more enduring not to mention more healthy than 98 % of the worlds population (or is it 99%).
